Hi friends! I’m back on the What I Ate Wednesday routine. People at work probably think I’m crazy when they see me snapping photos of my mini clementine…but hey blogging means being awkward sometimes. Thanks Jenn for hosting!
My eats from yesterday were a combo of the regular staples and some new things I added to the mix!
Yesterday morning it was 50 degrees in CT. This means I have officially converted to hot coffee now.
I was really craving almond butter and banana but apparently the office views a mason jar of homemade almond butter as trash and three it out over the weekend. Rude. Instead I settled for a new flavor KIND bar, apple cinnamon pecan.
For lunch I had leftovers from the weekend. My fig spinach and bacon Meatza! Recipe will be on the blog on Friday.
For snacks I had beef jerky and a clementine. One around 3:30 that I forgot to snap, and one around 5.
For dinner, I had the usual two bacon, two fried eggs and spinach, and avocado. Never gets old! I’m loving these fall place mats I recently bought from Big Lots – only $2!
And this little guys ate three meals and lots of water! He is a thirsty little puppy. So much he fell asleep in his water bowl last night.
