I am a certified 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher

Here is my current teaching schedule at:

Bend Yoga & Wellness in Milford, Connecticut

  • Sunday Morning: 10:15AM – 11:30AM Sweat
  • Thursday Evening: 7:00PM – 8:00PM Sweat

En L’air Studio of Dance

  • Monday Evening: 6:15PM – 7:15PM All Levels Yoga Flow

I first stepped on to my yoga mat in 2011. From that first class I was hooked. Being an active person my whole life I of course enjoyed the physicality of yoga but it was the mental and emotional benefits that kept me coming back to the mat. Yoga gives me space to find mental clarity, slow down, and de-stress from day to day life. Knowing this is something that everyone can benefit from I knew I wanted to share it with others, especially those who may never have tried yoga in the first place.

This led me to Yogapata in Wilton, CT where I completed my 200 hour teacher training under the guidance of Mitchel and Tracy Bleier. I aim to lead an inspiring and fun Vinyasa style class. My classes offer a full spectrum of poses focusing on proper alignment to gain therapeutic benefits…always to a heart warming playlist.
