My name is Kelsey. I’m a twenty something just trying to find some balance in this crazy world we live in. I love food…all food, but try to stick to a primal / paleo diet most of the time. Most of the time means Monday through Friday and well, the weekends, I just go with it. Just going with it means I eat lots of cheese, drink lots of wine, and have a pretty good dose of dark chocolate. As long as it’s in moderation, right?
I fell in love with Yoga back in 2011. From the moment I stepped on my mat for the first time I knew it would be a long love affair. This led me to complete my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2014. I am currently teaching at a local studio and also working with a high school football team! Check out my latest Teaching Schedule.
I studied abroad in college and that created another love affair with traveling and seeing the world. This love affair is a little harder to maintain when you work a 9 to 5 job and realize money doesn’t grow on trees. With that said, I try to see new places every chance I get. I have quite the bucket list, and have a new idea bouncing around my head pretty much daily….sometimes it makes my brain hurt.
This blog is simply just my ramblings about eating good food, moving and twisting my body, reminiscing of places I’ve been and day dreaming of places I want to go. Enjoy!
