Hi friends! I hope everyone had a fabulous start to the week.  I’m feeling much better since snapping out of a little funk I was in last week.

Maybe I should add this recipe to one of the ways to instantly boost your mood!  This guacamole was delicious and we may or may not have scoffed the entire bowl down in one short sitting.

This was somehow the first time I’ve ever made guacamole!  My best friend and roommate of seven years makes the best guacamole in the world so I pretty much always left it to her.  Andy and I thought it would be a great little date night appetizer though so I decided to give it a whirl.

This recipe is super simple. One because Mr. Picky doesn’t like tomatoes or onions and two because if I can make a dish without chopping anything I’m sold. Continue reading →
